Kim Hawkins

Kim Hawkins has an honours degree in Health Science and Clinical Nutrition from the University of Westminster. She has been practising Nutrition since 1999, initially working alongside Naturopathic Physician & author Jennifer Harper-Deacon.  In 2003 Kim started working for Solgar Vitamin & Herb as a Nutritional Advisor; amongst her many achievements she has written articles for the Daily Mail, In Style and Here’s Health magazines, and appeared as guest speaker on Radio Clare in Ireland.

Kim is registered with BANT (British Association for Nutrion & Lifestyle Medicine) and the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council), she has regularly lectured across the UK and Ireland, at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and the University of Westminster in London.

How does Kim work?

Kim’s style is holistic in approach, based on functional medicine she looks at body systems together with structure and function and the underlying imbalances that are responsible for the presenting signs and symptoms.  She also incorporates diet, lifestyle, family history and mental and emotional health.  Her goal is to “make a difference by facilitating change” She also uses clinical diagnostic testing where appropriate.
