Comprehensive and great value

After listening to an interesting podcast I ordered the kit to check my omega-3 levels. The kit arrived quickly; inside were clear instructions and it was very simple to use. The process took about 10 minutes including reading the instructions. I posted the kit for analysis and had regular updates via email until the test results came through. Very helpful information. I would definitely recommend this test to others if you’re so inclined.

The test kit was simple to register and use, with clear instructions. Four days later, I received an email confirming receipt of the blood sample. And seven days after that, I received a detailed report, with useful information and advice. I paid extra for the advanced analysis, so I cannot comment on the basic report. But I'm happy to recommend the advanced option.

I ordered a compex SP4 from total wellness, service was excellent received machine next day and followed up with a video call to talk me through the set up .

I was advised to use this by my consultant after a total knee replacement left me with muscle atrophy on my quadriceps, unable to lift my leg independently and using bands or hands to lift leg into bed , into car etc there was no link with my muscle and brain.

After one week of using twice a day I had a little miracle my quads appear to be responding well and I can now lift my leg in a leg raise and I am now not using any hands to get into car or bed ! There is still a lot of work to be done but this has totally spurred me on to keep going with the hard work.
I do exercise with the compex set up to make full use of contractions !

Totally recommend this if you find yourself in the same situation and your quads are not activating.

Robert and his team are fabulous and my experience of renting a compex machine was super pleasant. I was recovering from an ACL reconstruction surgery and was a tad mortified about the entire process of rental. But Total Wellness team did a great job.

The Helix is comfortable and easy to use. It isn't too tight and doesn't seem to squeeze my leg too much yet stays put. I'm glad I have it.
