After listening to an interesting podcast I ordered the kit to check my omega-3 levels. The kit arrived quickly; inside were clear instructions and it was very simple to use. The process took about 10 minutes including reading the instructions. I posted the kit for analysis and had regular updates via email until the test results came through. Very helpful information.
