This is the second Helix knee support I have purchased and I can highly recommend them. They give great support to my knee keeping it all firmly in place. I feel so much more confident wearing it. It keeps my knee warm and aids blood flow.

Very good product

The electrode gel certainly helped regenerate the electrodes, giving them a little bit more life.

This and HU58, works very grateful for my gut health.

Work very well for my gur health.

After having a knee replacement my husband had a lot of scar tissue so we were recommended to use this machine. After a small hitch with the machine which was speedily replaced he has found it very worthwhile and can bend his knee double what he could. The customer service has been amazing with friendly helpful staff. Thankyou so much for all your help.

Ordering online was a breeze. Robert helped in assuring me that the order will be sent out same day and will arrive within 2 days. That was important.

Thank you for the very pleasant experience.

This is great, just what I needed to help with my knee movement in the first few weeks of recovery from my knee replacement. I have found it to be a great help.

Have used this product previously. It is excellent.

They are great. Thank you

I recently rented the Compex SP6, I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service received.

From start to finish the customer service was exceptional, responsive, helpful and genuinely invested in our experience. The delivery and returns service was fantastic.

What really stood out for me was the personal touch, a WhatsApp call was arranged to walk my son through how and when to use the device, that level of care really made us feel valued and truly supported which is quite rare these days.

As for the Compex SP 6 itself, the results have been impressive. My son has regained full muscle recovery within just four weeks, which has made a huge difference to his rehabilitation journey.

I would highly recommend both this product and the company to anyone looking for effective, high-quality rehab solutions backed by top-class service.

Excellent service ! Professional reliable fitting and careful attention to detail and my own requirements . A fitting training me how to fit the brace correctly was especially helpful and brought me peace of mind when skiing ! Thank you !

I love this product and have just purchased another bottle today. It gives me exactly what I require from a supplement and has improved my deficiency as seen on my blood test results.

I would also like to say once again about the outstanding customer service I have received from Total Wellness. It truly is a great pleasure to deal with this company!
