After listening to an interesting podcast I ordered the kit to check my omega-3 levels. The kit arrived quickly; inside were clear instructions and it was very simple to use. The process took about 10 minutes including reading the instructions. I posted the kit for analysis and had regular updates via email until the test results came through. Very helpful information. I would definitely recommend this test to others if you’re so inclined.
The test kit was simple to register and use, with clear instructions. Four days later, I received an email confirming receipt of the blood sample. And seven days after that, I received a detailed report, with useful information and advice. I paid extra for the advanced analysis, so I cannot comment on the basic report. But I'm happy to recommend the advanced option.
