Designed to provide support, stabilisation and partial immobilisation of the thoracic spine, the DonJoy Spinostrap combines a semi-rigid, mouldable dorsal frame with adjustable straps for a more personalised fit.

- Semi-rigid exoskeletal dorsal frame with a mouldable aluminium core to follow the individual curvature of the back.
- Adjustable lumbar belt with accessible strap tabs and finger pockets, leaving the abdomen free and fastening with hook-and-loop closures.
- Adjustable shoulder straps to help draw the shoulders back and support a more upright posture.
- Repositionable strap guide that can be placed at different heights on the dorsal frame to help control the corrective action.
- Anatomical axillary shoulder pads and an adjustable sternal strap to help improve comfort around the underarm area.
- Crocodile strap closures for flexible adjustment of strap length and position.
- Slim, low-profile design that fits under clothing.
- Lightweight, breathable, hypoallergenic soft materials to support comfortable wear. PVC and latex free.
Fit and sizing
Available in Small, Medium and Large. The length of the spine from C7 (base of the neck) to S1 (base of the lumbar spine) is the measurement required for this device.
