The Egg Hand Exerciser is a compact, latex-free grip strengthener designed for rehabilitation, injury recovery, and everyday hand conditioning. Its smooth, egg-shaped form fits naturally in the palm, making it easy to perform controlled squeeze-and-release exercises that target the fingers, hand, wrist, and forearm.
Crafted from compressible synthetic rubber, it rebounds instantly after each squeeze — maintaining its shape through extended, repetitive use. The residue-free material is comfortable against skin and fully washable in warm water, making it hygienic and easy to maintain.
Available in four colour-coded resistance levels, the Egg Hand Exerciser supports progressive training or targeted therapy based on individual ability and recovery stage. Warming the exerciser in warm water for 3–4 minutes before use can improve peripheral circulation; chilling it in the refrigerator can help reduce swelling and desensitise painful areas.
